The right ankle/foot is not healing quickly at all. It’s more of a compression injury than a turn. Just kinda sucks. I did not run at all this week. Couldn’t have if I wanted to early in the week. Later in the week it was more a precaution, don’t want to rush back and do more harm than good. New shoes are in and feel like walking on clouds, will see how they feel running in on Monday. I think I’m at the point where this is gonna nag for a while but I won’t hurt it further by running. We shall see. The schedule this week is light so hopefully I’ll just ease back in and not be too far behind. Worst case scenario - cut the damn thing off and get a bionic foot!
