Training Update - Hurt Again

Just when things are looking up they suck again. This time it's the left foot and the right hip. Maybe a bit of the left knee. I think it's more like the left foot and then I altered my stride to compensate and screwed up everything else. I should not have tried to run through it.

I've been down since Tuesday's run. Not sure how long I'll be down for but it's feeling a bit better today. I think I'll be altering my training plan to one with fewer runs. Probably the Hal Hidgen Novice 1. Clearly I was unprepared for my current program or it otherwise just isn't working for me.

Bummer of a week but I will prevail!!
